故事始於 1966 年，但至峰的底蘊，早已流淌在七代製茶師的血液裡。
翻開早已泛黃的《見聞錄》，書頁中這張黑白照片，記錄了至峰茶業最輝煌的一頁。當年前總統 蔣經國先生蒞臨松柏坑，品嚐了由至峰第七代掌門人——楊明男先生親手焙製的佳茗。
茶湯入喉，香氣四溢，總統先生不僅親自賜名「松柏長青茶」，更頒贈匾額**「清心明目」**，以嘉許這傳承六代祖先經驗、四斤茶青方能焙製一斤好茶的精湛工藝。
匾額雖已繳回，但精神刻在骨子裡
如今，那塊匾額已隨時代變遷被政府回收，但這段歷史並未被遺忘，而是被完整收錄在文獻之中，成為至峰茶業不可磨滅的品質勳章。
從 1966 到今日，至峰有限公司（Zhifeng Tea）始終謹記「清心明目」四字。我們不只販售茶葉與原物料，更是在傳承一份連元首都被折服的味覺標準。

While our modern chapter began in 1966,
the true essence of ZHI FENG has been shaped over seven generations of tea masters,each preserving and refining a discipline where patience, precision,and respect for nature define the final cup.
Archived in historical records, a rare black-and-white photograph captures a defining moment in our heritage—
the visit of former President Chiang Ching-kuo to Songbaikeng,where he tasted a tea personally roasted by Mr. Yang Ming-Nan,the seventh-generation master of ZHI FENG Tea.
Recognizing the extraordinary depth and clarity of the tea,President Chiang bestowed the name “Songbai Evergreen Tea”,
and awarded the inscription “Clear the Mind, Brighten the Eyes.”
This honor acknowledged a traditional method requiring four measures of fresh leaves to craft a single measure of finished tea—
a standard of quality rooted in restraint, not yield.
Though the original plaque has since returned to history,its meaning remains at the core of our philosophy.
It represents a benchmark—
one defined not by trends or volume,but by integrity, balance, and enduring excellence.
Today, ZHI FENG Tea continues to uphold this legacy.
